Milk Analysis Digital Supply Chain – We have developed the complete solution for digitising the process control of the raw milk supply chain. We have portable analysers based at the raw milk collection sites where farmers bring their milk. These systems are used for quality control screening checks for standard nutritional milk parameters such as protein, fat, lactose concentration (m/m%) and milk adulterants such as melamine, urea, glucose, added water, flour, baking soda. Our high-end FTIR lab-based analysers, situated at a central dairy hub, are used for in-depth analysis of the raw milk with higher accuracy and extended list of measurement parameters. Everything is digitised and the data from the systems are uploaded to a cloud server and fed to a process control hub to provide the customer with access to the raw milk data from the complete supply chain. This inevitably leads to a higher quality of raw milk through adulteration and counterfeiting elimination. This is especially important in developing regions where there is little process control and low lab infrastructure in the raw supply chain.
