Application

The MIRS family of devices are rugged and robust industrial IR sensors that are designed for real-time inline analysis for a variety of industrial and commercial fluids. The MIRS family of devices can perform oils condition monitoring, lubricants analysis, foodstuffs analysis, beverages analysis, milk analysis, heterogenous mixtures analysis and many other.

The sensor can be configured to measure a customised suite of key parameters.

Installation & Measurement

MIRSThe MIRS IR sensors can be mounted either vertically or horizontally as a stand-alone device on a circulation bypass system.

The MIRS IR sensors can be configured to either transmit raw sensor data or to provide fully calibrated data. In the latter case the data processing is carried out using an software embedded predictor.

The data can be transmitted via USB, Ethernet or CAN Open to a cloud service or to a control system.

Fieldkit The fieldkit provides a secure and rugged environment to use the MIRS-T for inline measurements. The fieldkit can be customised to suit the customers’ requirements with the addition of various control and measurement instrumentation.

The data can be transmitted via LTE, Ethernet, Satellite to Spectrolytics cloud server.
