Application

The MIRS family of devices are rugged and robust industrial sensors that are designed for real-time inline measurements for a variety of industrial and commercial fluids such as oils, lubricants, foodstuffs, beverages, milk, heterogenous mixtures and many others.

The sensor can be configured to measure a customised suite of key parameters.

Installation & Measurement

MIRS– The MIRS sensors can be mounted either vertically or horizontally as a stand-alone device on a circulation bypass system.

The MIRS sensors can be configured to either transmit raw sensor data or to provide fully calibrated data. In the latter case the data processing is carried out using an software embedded predictor.

The Data can be transmitted via USB, Ethernet or CANopen to a cloud service or to a control system.

Fieldkit – The fieldkit provides a secure and rugged environment to use the MIRS-T for inline measurements.  The fieldkit can be customised to suit the customers’ requirements with the addition of various control and measurement instrumentation.
